His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, visited Dubai Business Associates (DBI) to meet the progamme’s young leaders as they prepare to embark on consulting projects across key sectors of the Dubai economy.
HH Sheikh Mohammed spoke to the DBI associates about the important contribution of young people to the growth of the UAE and about the power of teamwork to shape the future. His inspiring words were followed by a discussion in which the associates heard about the vision that has driven the city’s extraordinary growth, and had the opportunity to share some of their experiences on the Dubai-based management training programme.
DBI associates will now begin 10-week consulting projects within leading organisations in key sectors to the UAE and global economy, where they will work in teams to solve real-time challenges. Previous challenges have ranged from developing expansion strategies into new markets to assessing how innovative technologies can be implemented.
