A strategic implementation company, designed to promote the regional and international markets in a MENA state, initiated and organized several sporting events such as a rugby tournament, a golf event, and a car racing event. Upon reaching its 15th year, DBA was called in to help re-assess their strategy to enable it to further its mandate and transform its holistic portfolio.
DBA was tasked with developing a five-year strategy plan for supporting asset management, with a focus on high-end sporting events to ensure growth and sustainability. The outcome was a positive one. The five-year project plan containing information surrounding the impact sport has within the state was featured in a high-profile economic report.
