With a mandate to build a multi-purpose city center, complete with residential areas, offices and retail stores, a real estate company sought the support of DBA to conduct research and analysis into urban community management.
DBA conducted a review of different community management business models within the jurisdiction, which was then streamlined into an index of best-in-class policies and regulations for service provision. Once the review was completed, DBA produced a cost benefit analysis of the economic, social, and environmental impacts of implementing different policies.
DBA’s delivery helped the company to implement a suite of beneficial services for the residents of, and visitors to, the city center. This included major improvements to the community’s waste management efforts.
