A public sector stakeholder in tourism and events commissioned the team to develop a national strategy to elevate local cuisine in the domestic and international food scene. Despite a rich culinary heritage, local dishes remain underrepresented in dining establishments and tourist itineraries. The team conducted stakeholder interviews, reviewed global examples of culinary diplomacy, and designed a multi-platform promotion and policy strategy. The outcome was a set of initiatives aimed at preserving cultural identity, enhancing the tourism offer, and supporting local F&B entrepreneurs.
