Following the initial research phase of a citizen wellness project focused on prioritizing the well-being of the city’s residents and visitors, a government office sought external counsel to tackle the sustainable business feasibility of the project and its proposed certification system.
DBA carried out an extensive analysis of the project, its target audience, and existing certificates and programs in the space to determine whether the project is commercially feasible, sustainable, and beneficial for the city.
