Major growth plans for this company involve exploring new business opportunities in existing and potential new markets. As part of this exercise, one promising venture was the villa rental market for holidaymakers and real estate owners. DBA was called in to conduct the feasibility study to implement a new villa company through acquisition and consolidation of selected small players in key markets across the globe.
