Opened in 2010, a premier venue known for hosting the horserace faces challenges with underutilized space outside of major events. This project seeks innovative and sustainable strategies to enhance year-round footfall and revenue. DBA analyzed the venue, identifying strategic partnerships, and exploring diverse market segments to diversify income streams. This project aimed to benchmark global best practices and propose feasible initiatives to optimize the venue's cultural, hospitality, and sporting offerings. The goal was to transform the venue into a dynamic destination, ensuring ongoing economic viability and community engagement beyond seasonal peaks like major events.
