A trade organization sought to identify current issues faced by existing clients from a particular country seeking to do business in the organization’s region, to devise methods of improvement and to attract future clients.
With the key needs of both the organization and clients in consideration, DBA created a framework to assess how the organization could best act on potential opportunities and mitigate challenges, producing a detailed analysis on its current investment relationships with existing clients and created a list of recommendations for future actions.
