Following the appointment of a new CEO, this government office sought to map a new 5-year strategic plan for the organization that a) advances the brand and footprint of their operation, b) allows for revenue generation opportunities and c) sees the development of an innovation hub under the organization’s umbrella.
Our team conducted an extensive benchmarking exercise necessary to determine what initiatives will enhance its brand equity locally and regionally.
