A public innovation effort as part of a foundation for a country wanted to create a global exhibition space dedicated to showcasing emerging trends and technologies and discussing their implications on the world.
As the new space prepared to open in 2020, DBA consulting was called into assist with managing content, demonstration, and sponsorship partners. DBA highlighted a strategy of communication plans including events and press conferences and a commercialization process. DBA analyzed examples of sponsorship trends in other regions as a comparison platform to implement a strategy into this project.
DBA was successful analyzing the economic prospects for the global exhibition space and helped the institution secure new sponsorship programmes for future events.
