A well-regarded business and trade event sought to position themselves as an educational platform in the form of a study abroad program, with the aim of supporting international academic institutions in the program’s development and activation.
DBA undertook a benchmarking exercise which identified and analyzed local and global key stakeholders in the space. Our team devised budget requirement and consolidated information and data from internal departments for public presentation.
This research and analysis culminated in a tailored engagement and outreach strategy on how the event should engage with global universities and educational institutions to achieve their positioning and program development goals.
