An organization sought to set up an international business center focusing on trade between two countries. The project explored how to maintain a clear and sustainable strategic relationship between the two regions, and what strategies and initiatives are required to make this happen with the proposal of a centralized platform.
DBA carried out an extensive survey of various companies from both regions, researching the landscape of bilateral relations and other similar projects, developing a feasibility plan for the platform. With the needs and aims of both countries in mind, quick-win solutions and long-term development plans were identified and assessed, along with plans for the set up of the centralized platform and proposals for potential joint initiatives.
