An international roadshow sought to promote its location as a leading business hub and strengthen bilateral relations between two major geographical regions.

Our team conducted market research and early-stage marketing, resourcing and risk management, event planning and database analysis in order to design and execute a roadshow with the aim of increasing bilateral trade.

DBA produced a data-informed marketing, branding, and management methodology, successfully applied to the roadshow itself. Feedback was implemented to estimate the success of prior actions and to optimize the roadshow’s performance.
