Globalization, demographics, macroeconomics, technology, and sustainability drive transformative changes in travel. By examining current trends and future developments, the DBA aimed to determine the impact of these changes on e-commerce, retail consumers, trade, and logistics, particularly in air travel. The project concluded with a visual storyline depicting the future customer journey, incorporating insights into advancements in robotics and AI.
