Programme Dates

The programme is 9 months long, the coming cohort will start in September 2024 and graduate in June 2025.

Financials

The programme is fully funded and participants on the programme receive return flights to and from Dubai at the beginning and end of the programme, accommodation, medical insurance.

Eligibility Criteria

Recent university graduates who have:

  • Up to three (3) years of working experience
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English, with ideally one (1) additional language
  • A keen interest in international and Dubai business
  • A curious, inquiring mind

Applicants should hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, however applicants are not required to hold a degree in Business – we recruit associates from diverse academic backgrounds.

Cover Letter

The Cover Letter asks you to select 2-3 placement partners that you find most interesting or see yourself working with. In the letter, highlight why you are a good fit for them and how you could help them through your ideas, experience and skills. especially in their challenges (current and forecasted). Requirement – 1 page.

Please upload a clear and professional photo of yourself. It does not have to have a white background or with specific dimensions.

Video Biography

The video biography is your chance to present your personality. Speak about your passions, hobbies, interests that are of relevance to the programme and shed light on any additional attributes you have that may have not yet been featured in the CV or Cover Letter. Requirement – max. 90 seconds.
