How did DBA change you? - "I think I've had a lot of personal and professional growth. Professionally, I think I've learned a lot more about my own leadership capabilities and how to be a better leader. Personally, just being able to be part of this community has really changed me, and opened me up to so many different perspectives. People that come from all over different countries and learning about them has made me into a better person, more empathetic, dealing with people from all over the world."
